Disclaimer

RDTI helps you prepare and substantiate an R&D Tax Incentive claim. It is important you understand what we do, and what we do not do, before you rely on anything the service produces.

We prepare and substantiate, we do not lodge

RDTI prepares and substantiates R&D claims from your development history. We do not lodge claims with the Australian Taxation Office. Your registered tax adviser or accountant reviews the package, signs off, and lodges the claim through your company tax return.

This is not tax advice

RDTI is not a registered tax agent and does not provide tax, financial, accounting, or legal advice. Nothing the service produces is a substitute for advice from your own registered tax adviser. You and your adviser are responsible for the decision to claim and for the accuracy of what is lodged.

Estimates are indicative only

Any estimate, figure, or offset shown by the service, including on the estimate calculator, is a rough indication only. The actual value of the incentive depends on your company's circumstances, including your turnover, and is not a promise of any particular outcome.

No guarantee of acceptance

We bias toward precise, defensible claims, but we cannot guarantee that a claim will be accepted, or that it will not be reviewed, reduced, or audited by AusIndustry or the Australian Taxation Office. Standing behind a lodged claim is the responsibility of you and your adviser.

AI-assisted outputs need review

Parts of the service use artificial intelligence to draft and assess claim narratives. These outputs can contain errors and must be reviewed by you and your registered tax adviser before you rely on them.
